Re: Thorin Oakenshield
I just feel like saying this:
Ahhehem! Richard Armitage has acted in MANY things but mainly known for:
John Thornton in North and South (where he got most of his recognition and my fave romance)
Guy of Gisborne from BBC Robin Hood series 1-3 (Love this series so much)
I love that image!
Lucas North in Spooks (also known as MI5 in America)
John Porter in Strike back (yeh, he plays a hot army guy.)
And now of course playing Thorin in The Hobbit is gonna BOOST HIS RECOGNITION SKYY HIGHHH!!! VOOOOM!
(just had to put an image of Thorin. or two)
PHWAHAHHAHAHAHA! *giggle fit*
I think that scene is gonna be sooooo juicy! I'm gonna be having a giggle fit all over the place with an angry Thorin! I'd be like Wohahahaahoooh! But we still have the 1st movie to watch [and the 2nd one next year!] so lets not fuss about the 3rd movie just yet! We havn't even started the first part of our adventure yet! :D

Thorin looks so cute!
He reminds me a lil [just a lil bit] of Aragorn in this *shock* expression of him here.

Oh no! I think I need some time away from Richard.... I'm starting to.... Well.... Not have as many fan girl fits as I used to. Maybe staying away from him and returning to him again when I watch the Hobbit may make me like him mooore again! [Or I could watch North and South and hopefully cry buckets?]

I think everyone starts to fall for him at the end of the film... I still want to see more Thranduil though lol... What I can't understand is why the other elves dont talk as much. They seem to talk to less for my liking lol.

Re: Thorin Oakenshield
Thorin is... the most incredible king-in-waiting. I like him more than Aragorn, he has his flaws, his good moments, plus I love his old sword.
He's believeably potrayed by RA and I always get the shivers when he enters the big screen. Can't get enough of my King!

Re: Thorin Oakenshield
What do you mean by Thorin waking up before the eagles carry him away? He was badly hurt by warg's teeth (he looks much better after Gandal wakes him at the 'Carrock'). I guess he would try to fight or at least defend himslef as long as his injuries would allow him to.
But who can say?
